All pieces that are collected by RETRY go through a prior selection process to understand their market value and whether they are likely to be sold.

Upon receipt of the piece, we qualify the piece with the RETRY Quality Seal from A+ to C - Classification that you will find in the description of all products throughout the RETRY website.

The pieces undergo a cleaning process using specific products that eliminate 99.9% of bacteria, fungi and viruses, and eliminate unpleasant odors in order to bring back to the fabrics, the freshness of clean clothes, as well as the disinfection of footwear and accessories. .

Finally, we offer the piece for sale on the RETRY platform with a detailed description of it and the respective price, which will always be established after our market analysis depending on the brand, materials, state of conservation and similar pieces with current sales prices and according to the seller.


In addition to encouraging one more person every day to participate in the change we advocate, we charge a percentage of the service we perform, between 35% and 50% of the sale value, agreed with the seller depending on the market value of the piece, the state of the piece and the number of pieces the seller intends to sell on the RETRY site.
