Order Delivery

The dispatch of items purchased at RETRY is carried out by WePickUp, an express parcel company.

On the day of shipment you will receive an email with the registration code.

The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, if you are in mainland Portugal; if you are on the islands, it can take up to 12-14 business days.

Shipping costs have an associated cost, but purchases over €49 will be free. If you wish to receive your order at another destination, please send an email to geral@retry.pt .

Payment options

The payment of your order can be made through one of these payment methods: MBWay, Multibanco Reference, Paypal or Credit Card.

Returns and Exchanges

To return an item, we ask that the return proceed within 48 hours of receiving the item, as we have to safeguard the state of the pieces.

To make an exchange, we ask that you contact our customer support via email geral@retry.pt and we will explain the entire exchange process.

You can use the same box to ship as long as it is sealed. Payment of the value of the returned part will be made when we receive it.
